When I was looking for a counsellor, it was important to me that I found someone who was professional, patient, empathetic and who listened intently, I found Richard to be all of these . I felt at ease from the first session and the therapy really helped me out of a dark place. I would not hesitate to see Richard again should I need to.
I have had two fantastic sessions with Richard. Not only is he a lovely, caring man but he has changed my life for the better. Can’t thank him enough, his technique is by far the best and he even checked in on me at a later date too, which I found very comforting.

I had suffered from depression for far too long before making the decision to see Richard. I can honestly say that it was the best thing I could have done. I found my sessions with Richard really useful. He has such a calming nature and is extremely easy to talk to. Richard discussed what my issues were and what I wanted to achieve and I really felt he cared about what I was saying. I wasn’t sure if I would feel a bit self conscious doing the hypnotherapy but Richard made me feel really comfortable and I actually found myself really relaxing into it. I couldn’t believe how quickly I went into a deep relaxation. It’s amazing how he managed this when I usually take so long to fall asleep and relax.
